Shipping and Returns Policy

Order processing times

My goal is to offer you an easy and hassle free shopping experience. Orders placed on weekdays have a processing time of 24-48 hours. Orders placed on the weekend and public holidays will be processed within 24-48 hours of the first following working day.

Please note that I work full time as well as being a wife and mother. These time frames are a guideline only. I will do my best to get your products to you in a timely manner. I will contact you if there are any known delays.

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a further email with tracking details once the parcel is dispatched.

Shipping fees

All items are sent with tracking

1-3 small items $4.50

3+ small items or 1 x large item (bowls/wipe pouch) $5.50

More than 1 large items (bowls, wipe pouches) $7

Rural surcharge $3.90 - If your address is identified as rural by NZ Post and the surcharge has not been paid, I will notify you and place your order on hold. Your order will be processed when the fee is paid or an alternative non-rural address is supplied.

Free shipping on orders over $59

I will send all my items via NZ Post with tracking.

How to track your order

You will be provided the tracking number and a link via email when parcel is dispatched. You can also copy the tracking number into the NZ Post website https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking

​Please note that once a tracking number is supplied I no longer have any control over your parcel. Your first contact regarding the parcel's whereabouts from this point on is NZ Post. However, please let me know if the parcel is not received in 10 days.

Pick up

All orders are currently shipped from Pokeno and you are more than welcome to pick up. Please select pick up from the shipping options menu and I will be in contact to organise a time.

Claims for damaged/lost items or incorrect delivery

If a parcel arrives damaged or you note a manufacturing fault, please email within 10 days of purchase, providing a picture of the damage/fault.

If your parcel is not delivered within 10 days of dispatch please contact me immediately.

Returns and Refunds

I strive to provide you with high quality products at an affordable price. I will not accept returns purely for change of mind. Given the nature of these products I cannot on sell due to hygiene reasons.

​

Returns and refunds are at my discretion and are handled on a case by case basis as per my obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
